| Tl-the contact owns a 2010 dodge ram 3500. the contact stated that while changing gears at various speeds, the vehicle would surge forward momentarily. the failure occurred while shifting into higher gears as well as downshifting into lower gears. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed the vehicle was operating as intended. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 9,800 and the current mileage was 20,000. sm. | |||
