Defect Summary	On certain fifth wheel and travel trailers, the ground fault circuit interrupter (gfi) outlet was improperly wired.
Consequence Summary	The failure of the gfi outlet to work properly could cause a person using an electrical device plugged into the gfi outlet to be exposed to an electrical shock if such person or the electrical device comes into contact with water.
Corrective Summary	Dealers will repair the outlets. if the vehicle is not mobile, dutchmen may authorize a certified electrician to perform the repair at the site of the trailer. owner notification began august 22, 2003. owners who take their vehicles to an authorized dealer on an agreed upon service date and do not receive the free remedy within a reasonable time should contact dutchmen at dutchmen at 1-574-537-0700.

Defect Summary	On certain traveltrailers equipped with suburban furnaces, the furnace exhaust vent may not be present.
Consequence Summary	When the furnace is in use this could allow carbon monoxide fumes to vent into the trailer, which could result in serious injury or death to the passengers.
Corrective Summary	Owners and dealers will inspect for the presence of the exhaust vent and for hot exhaust air escaping from the furnace exhaust. the recall began february 20, 2004. owners should contact dutchmen at 1-219-534-1224.

	Consumer received recall notification on samsung microwave oven, recall was performed and oven began to make a constant humming sound while in use. kb the recalled part was replaced march 2006. after repair the microwave made a humming noise when it was not being used. the consumer contacted the appliance dealer and was told that samsung would have to authorize additional service. the consumer contact samsung directly but has received not resolution. nm

	I own a 35ft dutchman 5th wheel that is 9 months old. the tires are lt235/r8516 . the tire are always covered in storage and before trips the tire pressure and condition are always checked along with the lugs: nuts. on my way home from lake havasu i experinced not one but two serious blowouts on oppisite sides of the trailer less than 80 miles apart. the first blowout caused extensive damange to the back fender, under carriage, and frame around the back door of the trailer. the fender is shreaded. the tread completely separated from the tire. i put the spare on, continued on my way when less than 80 miles later i experienced another blowout. same thing, tread completely separated from the tire. these tires had less than 1300 miles on them and were all inspected prior to the trip. i now had no spare and was forced into purchasing 2 new tires. i did not buy carlisle!!! i will now have to replace the other 2 tires and have the damage to my 5th wheel repaired. i have read and personally know of many failures with these tires. something needs to be done before someone looses their life!!! please make this manufacturer responsble for their defective tires.*ak
