| Tl* the contact owns a 2010 ez loader trailer. the contact stated that while pulling the trailer with his one ton dodge ram on pickup 55 mph all of the brakes on the trailer failed. the manufacturer was notified and they stated they would not repair the vehicle. the trailer was taken to the contacts mechanic for diagnostic testing and the trailer was repaired. several months later, the failure occurred and the brakes caught fire causing damage to the axles. the manufacturer replaced the entire braking system. during routine maintenance the contact was informed that the brakes were detaching from the trailer; although, the entire braking system was previously repaired. the trailer was not been repaired for the recent failure. the mileage was not available. | |||
