Defect Summary	On certain recreational vehicles, the power lift roof system, which consists of a power lift motor and current limiter controller, generates excessive amounts of impact torque if the power lift is operated with the 30a power cord plugged into a 110v ac power source (with or without a battery).
Consequence Summary	This could cause failure in one of the shear pins resulting in damage to the trailer's lift system. this could allow the roof to free-fall from the raised position, possibly resulting in personal injury, vehicle and/or property damage.
Corrective Summary	Owners will be provided with two warning stickers that explains the proper function of the power lift accessory using a battery only. one sticker will be placed at the rear of the trailer next to the current limiter. the second sticker will be placed next to the 30a power cord outlet. in addition, fleetwood folding trailers will send a copy of the operation manual that emphasizes the battery-only operation of this trailer accessory. the recall began on february 8, 2008. owners may contact fleetwood folding trailers at 1-814-443-7367.

	I have had several problems with this vehichle. the washer fluid light is always on, no matter how many times i have taken it for repair the power steering went out 8 months after the vechile three months later at this present time. after having the vechile for not even a year, the transmission has given out beyond repair. i have gotten several different people to look at it, its beyond repair (rebuild). i have done a lot of research and found that many people have had the same problems i really hope this helps, i dont think the customers should be responsible for the repair of this constant problem

	Tandem axle travel trailer, tire wear indicates axle mis-alignment. took travel trailer to an alignment specialist and the axles were remounted in correct alignment. (please note that in order to complete this form i was required to select a manufacturers model that i don't have. the manufacturer is fleetwood but the model is a pegasus 210fq. *tr

	Just bought a brand new fleetwood trailer . first trip with it the axle locked up. upon further review we found that lippert axle's on our travel trailer did not have any grease in the bearings. this is a very serious problem and could have lead to a crash. both lippert components and fleetwood as well as our dealer have not done anything to correct this situation. *tr

	Tl. the contact owns duro 6wvt (205/75d15 tire on a middlebury trailers (na). the contact stated the tires are crack on the sidewall. the tires are brand new and does not have any mileage on them. the contact stated the tires can cause a major blow out while driving. the contact called the manufacturer regarding the tires and the manufacturer stated they will not replaced the tires. the contact stated there are numerous complaints regarding these tires and the manufacturer is not taking responsibility. the failure mileage was 0. jo
