Tl- the contact owns a 2010 fleet wood quest motor home with a dodge sprinter turbo chassis. she just bought the motor home, went to pick it up from the dealer and they notice it was turning black and they were constanlly stopping and putting in gas. they called the dealer and it was discovered thaere was a fuel leak, the fuel was spraying on the under coat material and that was causing it to be wet tar, and they were stopping so often to get fuel. the dealerships replace the fuel pressure solenoid, fuel rail. the rv was about to be return to them but it happen again so it had to be towed back to the dealershop. and this time the fuel injector return line, retorqued all fuel related connectors and replace intake pressure sensor all were replaced .and they re-did the under coating, she purchase the home n in april 2010. she took one small trip and it has been back to the dealers ever since. she's not sure how many miles are on it now, because the rv has been at the dealers longer than she has own it. failure mileage was 14,500.... dwh |
