| Defect Summary | Vehicle description: travel trailers (only models 26a and 24b are affected, and further identified by the characters 7a26 or 7b24 in the fourth through seventh positions of the vehicle identification number. the main wiring harness and generator battery wiring could be damaged by the generator exhaust system. | |||||||||||||||

| Tl*the contact owns a 1999 fleetwood wilderness. the contact received a recall notice in february of 2008 for equipment. he called the dometic manufacturer and they stated that they could not perform the repair until the weather improved. after several months, no one has called the contact to schedule an appointment for the recall repairs. the contact called the manufacturer several times, but the defective refrigerator still has not been repaired. the recall number was 06e076000. updated 07/29/08 *bf updated 08/01/08 | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 1999 fleetwood wilderness. the contact received a recall notice from ford for the vehicle speed control in august of 2007. he called ford in january of 2008 and was informed that they had no idea when the part would be available for the recall repair. there had been no failure to date. the recall number was unknown. the current mileage was 100,000. | |||
