| The vehicle went over a puddle of water and lost control.. driver's side seat belt unfastened at that point. vehicle then rolled over four times. upon impact, air bags did not deploy. driver was ejected through the windshield, and sustained a broken collar bone and three broken ribs. also passenger in the front seat sustained internal head and back injuries. *ak | |||

| The drivers seat belt will no longer engage. it was not damaged or missused in any way. i contacted the dealer informed me it was not a waranteed item. i feel the dealer should replace the belt as it is a great safety hazard. i do not know if this has occurred in other vehicles but felt i should report it. | |||
