| Power windows do not go down properly. i have to manually push them down in order to open them. this started just after the car warranty expired. in november of 1998, i was unable to start my car. i lifted the hood and discovered a small flame on an electrical wire. i had already been having problems with the key not fitting properly in the ignition, the bell sounding even if the key were not inserted in the ignition and the digital read-out of the radio will work intermittently. i had the car towed and had to have a new starter installed. i would like to know if any of these problems has anything to do with the recall for the electrical/ignition system currently being performed? *ak | |||
