| The consumer noticed that the paint on the roof of his vehicle has begun to flake off in different areas. the consumer took the vehicle to two local body shops. the technicians at both shops told the consumer that they saw this problem with other ford vehicles. the consumer contacted the manufacturer but the refused to provide any financial assistance. *nm | |||

| You can pull the key out and the van will stay running. crank the van and all the lights such as abs brake, airbag, oil, ect. lights stay on and you have to turn the van off and then crank it again and the lights usually go off. *ak | |||
