| Tl-the contact owns a 2009 ford crown victoria police interceptor package. while starting the vehicle the contact turned on the vent and white toxic flakes came from the vent. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer. the dealer advised him that the vehicle was no longer under warranty. the manufacture agreed to pay for 50 percent of the repairs. the vehicle was repaired. the failure happen again. the contact reference tsb 09-21-6. the contact stated the manufacture was contacted and again they agreed to pay 50 percent of the cost for the repair. the vehicle had not been repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 43,000 and the current mileage was 48,000. vwb | |||
