| Tl-the contact owns a 2002 ford f350 pickup truck. the contact stated the aluminum wheels on the vehicle had to be replaced because six of the studs snapped off causing the lug nuts to fall off. the failure wheels was the driver and the rear passenger side. the contact stated he was driving 60 mph when the vehicle started to shimmer. he stops the vehicle on the side of the road and noticed the missing lug nuts. the vehicle was taken to a mechanic shop who replaced the studs and lug nuts. the manufacturer was notified who stated there was no recall and offered no assistance. the failure mileage was 164,000 and the current mileage was 168,000. mw | |||
