| Tl*the contact owns a 2008 ford e350 equipped with trail trac heritage ap 245/75/r16 tires. while driving at approximately 40 mph, the rear passenger side tire blew out and ripped to pieces. after that failure, the contact heard a knocking noise and when he pulled over, saw that the whole tread had separated on the rear driver side tire. he contacted the tire shop where he purchased the tires but was told they could not assist him. the contact purchased new tires. the failure mileage was approximately 46,000. the current mileage was approximately 48,000. | |||
