| Defect Summary | On certain ambulances originally sold in or currently registered in the states of connecticut, delaware, illinois, indiana, iowa, maine, maryland, massachusetts, michigan, minnesota, missouri, new hampshire, new jersey, new york, ohio, pennsylvania, rhode island, vermont, west virginia, wisconsin, and the district of columbia. corrosion may occur on the anl 400 amp fuse due to exposure to calcium chloride elements that are used in the salt states during the winter season. | |||||||||||||||

| As i applied the brakes and attempted to turn the brakes automatically locked up and would not release. i was in traffic the truck would not move in the middle of the highway. it also happened again as i attempted to back into the driveway. i applied the brakes and began turning the steering wheel the brakes again went to the floor and would not release. ask the dealership and they said oh yeah that happens sometimes on those vehicles. | |||
