 Tl*the contact owns a 2003 ford e350 super duty. the vehicle was connected to a 2004 phoenix cruiser. while driving approximately 40 mph, the speedometer would not operate above 30 mph. a local ford dealer stated that it would take 30 to 40 days to diagnose the failure. the contact purchased and replaced the electrical instrument cluster at the cost of $304.50. the contact requested to be reimbursed prior to repairing the vehicle and made an agreement with the manufacturer; however, they later denied the reimbursement. the failure mileage was 26,175. updated 06/02/08 *bf
