 Tl- the contact owns a 2011 ford edge. the contact stated that the headlights failed. the headlight assembly had a black lens that caused the low beam headlight not to provide adequate lighting when driving in rural areas. the dealer adjusted the low beam headlight to illuminate higher however, the failure was not corrected. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the low beam headlight was reset back to factory specifications and the contact was advised that there was nothing else they could do to correct the failure. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 15,000 and the current mileage was 28,000. kmj

 Tl-the contact owns a 2011 ford edge. the contact stated that the vehicle headlight failed. the headlight assembly had a black lens that caused the low beam not to provide the adequate lighting when driving in rural area. the dealer adjusted the low bean a little higher; however the failure was not corrected. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer the low beam was reseted back to factory specification and advised that there was nothing else they could do. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 15,000 and the current mileage was 28,000. li

 Tl-the contact owns a 2011 ford edge. the contact stated that the vehicle was parked when she noticed that the rear windshield was shattered. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that the failure occurred due to excessive heat. the failure recurred one year later. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer for repair. the manufacturer offered no assistance. the failure mileage was 2,219. sm.
