 Tl-the contact owns 2012 ford edge. the contact stated that when the air conditioning unit was activated, there was a white, powdery substance being emitted from the ventilation. the vehicle was taken to the dealer at least five times but they were unable to identify the substance. in addition, they could not provide a diagnosis for the failure. the vehicle was then taken to another dealer who inspected and cleaned the air conditioning unit however, the failure recurred the following day. the manufacturer was notified by email but the contact had not yet received a response. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 13,000. kmj

 Tl-the contact owns 2012 ford edge. the contact stated when the air condition was turned on it blows out a white powdered substance. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer at least five times but they stated they could not find what the problem was with the white powder. the vehicle was then taken to another dealer who inspect and cleaned out the air condition and the white powder substance. a day later the white powdered substance continued to blow out of the air condition and was still occurring. the manufacturer was notified by email but the contact has not gotten a response. the vehicle was still not repaired. the failure mileage was 13,000. mw

 Vehicle caught on fire after we attempted to park the vehicle. this incident took place less than two weeks after new car purchase from dealer! horrible experience and a safety hazard for anyone looking to purchase a ford edge.
