| My brake system fails often when braking. it as though the brakes stop working for a split second, similar to how it can feel when the antilock brakes come on skipping some if on ice. but this is occurring on dry pavement. when i brought this in to ford they said they could not find an issue, but said the brakes on the ford 2008 are not the greatest so i should probably get them replaced and this may solve the problem. i allowed the front brakes to be changed, the problem is still occurring. my car has less than 30,000 miles on it. i have noticed that each time when i feel the brakes slip, the abs active/traction control light comes on in my car. has there been others complaining of this same issue? *tr | |||
