| Tl-the contact owns a 2012 ford escape. the contact stated her vehicle was stop in the middle of the road when another vehicle from behind crashed into her vehicle. this caused the air bag to not deploy, the seat belt did not tighten to hold her in and the back of the driver seat broke towards the rear of the vehicle. the contact vehicle was the vehicle in the middle. there were no injuries. the vehicle was able to drive to the dealer with extensive damages to the rear. there was an accident report if needed. the insurance company was notified. the manufacturer was not notified. the vin was unknown. the failure mileage was 5,595. mw | |||
