I own a 2004 ford expedition xlt, the vehicle has had the locking mechanism in the seat-belts fail 2 different times on two different seats. the first was the front passenger in the first quarter of 2006. the second time is this month september of 2006 and it is the right passenger on the second row seat. both times i have taken the vehicle back to the car dealership to have the mechanism replaced. there are 8 seat belts in total since 2 have already failed i am concerned about their effectiveness. *nm
