 Tl- the contact owns a 2004 ford explorer. the contact stated that they were going 60 mph around a curve and lost control of the vehicle. the contact then hit a pot hole and that cuased the vehicle to jerk and flip over 5 times. the contact was in the rear passenger seat during the accident and the seat belt failed. this caused the contacts head to burst through the window and hit the gound every time the vehicle rolled over. the contact and one other passenger were injured. the vehicle was destroyed in the accident. the vin was not available. the failure mileage and current mileages were unknown.rl

 The consumer was involved in a single vehicle rollover accident in his 2004 ford explorer limited in which the seat belts failed to properly restrain him. the air bags also did not deploy. *cc the seat belts had been recalled and fixed prior to the accident. the consumer was not seriously injured and only sustained minor scrapes. *nm

 We rented a ford explorer 2004. my 6yr old was in the 2nd row putting on his seat belt when it slipped out of his hand over his shoulder and had him strangled around his neck. we (his parents) could not loosen it. it only became tighter. we drove up to a hotel where they had scissors and cut it off his neck so he breathe properly again.*ak
