 Tl*the contact owns a 2007 ford explorer. while idling at a red light, the contact's vehicle was rear-ended by another vehicle traveling approximately 35-40 mph. as a result, the contact crashed into the preceding vehicle. the air bags failed to deploy. the contact and her child both experienced pain in their bodies due to the crash, but was unaware if the other drivers were injured. a police report was filed. the dealer stated that they would not inspect her vehicle unless the air bag light was illuminated. the manufacturer has not been notified. the current and failure mileages were 27,676. updated 06/11/09. *lj updated 06/11/09.*jb

 Tl- the contact owns a 2007 ford explorer. while the contact was driving down a bumpy road approximately 10 mph the side air bags deployed. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and they performed a computer reading on the vehicles black box and stated the vehicle had detected a crash. the vehicle is being repaired. the technicians are replacing the air bags, the lining where the air bags were located, and the computer black box. the approximate failure mileage was 22,000.ds
