| Tl. the contact owns a 2009 ford explorer. the contact stated while driving 40 mph the accelerator pedal stuck causing the vehicle to sudden accelerate. the brakes would not slow the vehicle down so the contact shifted the vehicle into neutral. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer regarding the acceleration issue and the dealer could not duplicate the problem with the vehicle. the manufacturer offered to install a vdr in the vehicle to diagnose the problem. the contact stated the vehicle is unsafe to drive and could cause a crash if the acceleration problem is not fixed. the failure mileage was 10,500. jo | |||
