 The consumers daughter was killed when a tire tread on the vehicle she was driving separated and caused her to lose control of the vehicle. the consumer is concerned about the safety of these vehicle's with the rollovers and structure issues. *scc *nlm

 While driving the vehicles left rear tire tread separatedf rom the vehicle, the tread became entangled under the vehicles axle and the vehicle rolled over 6 times, the roof caved in onto the passengers, all the windows shattered and all the occupants were ejected from the vehicle, 5 occupants were seriously injured and 1 was killed, it is unknown ifany of the occupants were wearing seat belts. *yh

 Defective tire tread (firestone atx) which separated while driving resulted in vehicle rollover, vehicle stability could have been a contribution to the rollover incident, death due to failures. yh
