| Tl-the contact owns a 2001 ford f-250 sd. the contact stated that while driving at 60 mph, he attempted to activate the cruise control but it would not engage. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer for inspection and they stated there there was brake fluid leaking from the cruise control switch and the switch needed to be replaced. the dealer also stated that the vehicle was not included in recall nhtsa campaign id number: 09v399000 (vehicle speed control). the vehicle was not repaired but they just forwarded to them to nhtsa. the failure mileage was 70,000. ap | |||
