The cruise control will not disengage at times when hitting the brake, causing the vehicle to continue to accelerate when a stop or slow down is required. i reported this to the dealer at approx 38,000 miles and was informed it was not are call defect. i know this has been an issue on earlier ford trucks. this is a repetitive issue. *tr
