| I was inquiring about the delamination of fords fuel tanks on their f-series diesels. i own a 2000 f350 7.3l deisel. last week it began to run as if it wasn't getting fuel so i stoped into a local ford dealer and their diagnoses was the fuel tank on my f350 started to delaminate and clog the entire fuel system. i have owned this truck since it was new and have done all the maintaince and up-keep as required i haven't had any trouble until after the fuel companies started to change the diesel fuel. i have owned the truck since it was new and never had a problem until just recently. the fuel tank problem was diagnosed last week by a ford dealer in my area and it will cost aproximently $3600 to repair. my question is, is there giong to be an investigation on this? i have found a blog from many other customers that are having the same trouble. someone else should have to pay for this not the consumer or ford, unless they new this would be a problem and continued to put metal tanks in instead of plastic. i would greatly appreciate a reply. | |||

| Tl- the contact owns a set of yokohana lt tires, size: 265 75r 16 (n/a). the contact stated that while driving 65 mph the front passenger side tire exploded, causing damage to the hood and fender. several weeks later the rear passenger side ire exploded, also causing extensive damage to the rear of the vehicle. the tires were only 3 months old when the failure occurred. the manufacturer was notified of the issue and stated that they would send someone to further investigate the tires. the veihcle failure mileage was unavailable. the tire failure mileage was 10,000.the vin was not available. kmj | |||

| After complaining to bf goodrich about (4) cracking sidewalls and being told that they were surface cracks and if the tires held air they would do nothing because the tires are good at (1) year old with 20,000 mi. (1 1/2) year later the sidewall and tire tread separated while sitting in the drive way. i have now replaced all (4) tires with a different tire brand. | |||

| My 2000 f350 sd right rear single wheel 4x4 aluminum rim cracked on seam not at bolt holes called ford was told they never heard of this problem that's funny called junk yard and was told this is a common problem i think ford needs to recall them due to could case death if driving at breaks apart today i took tire off rim it is cracked whole way thru i still have rim to show or send picture they are factory ford rims. *tr | |||
