| Tl- the contact owns a 2011 ford f350. the contact noticed that there was no shield in front of the running board, causing dirt debry and snow to be thrown onto the running board which causes them to become slippery when wet and could cause the contact to fall. the manufacturer was notified who informed the contact that there were no related recalls and to file a complaint with nhtsa. the contact did not inform the dealer nor was the vehicle repaired. the current mileage was approximately 9,000. the failure mileage was approximately 2,000. the vin was unavailable. bw | |||
