Cps sensor failed while driving on federal highway in washington. as i headed to work around 7:30 pm in the 2002 ford f350 turbo diesel and while moving at a pace of 61-65 mph everything cut out: engine, brakes, etc. i had to move to the side of the road as quickly and carefully as possible to avoid being hit from behind. once situated on the side of the road i tried to start the truck over and over again, and it started. got going again at 61-65 mph and it happened again. it took 45 minutes to get the truck home , driving it in that fashion. i bought a new cps the next day from international for over $150.00. i didn't know that i was able to report a problem of this importance until i found out that a lot of people have been having the same thing happen to them... just found out how to file a complaint about 30 minutes ago. the dates that i have listed below were not very accurate because i have forgotten the exact time and date. *ak
