During high speed highway driving the turn signal became stuck in right hand turn position. after clicking the signal lever from left, center, and right hand turn positions the right hand turn signal remained on in all positions. i have been driving for 6 days now with the four way hazards on. i found online there was a safety recall on the multi function turn switch, but when i took vehicle to the dealer they turned me away and said there was no recall. then i called ford customer relationship center and they said there was no recall either and also said that even though my truck was within the years and models stated that the vin # was not within the recall. how could that be? is a ford f-350 sd 2003 different from another ford f-350 sd 2003. i still have the problem described in the recall. safety hazard indeed.
