 Tl* the contact owns a 2004 ford f-350 sd. the contact stated while driving 35 mph he applied the brakes, but the vehicle continued to move forward. the contact began to apply repeated pressure to the brakes and engaged the emergency brake in order to stop the vehicle. the vehicle was safely driven home, where it was parked. the contact noticed that the brake lines were punctured and leaking fluid. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 39,000.
