I was gone for a few days on vacation. when i returned home i went out to start my 2006 ford f-350 6.0 diesel super duty truck. i turned the key on and the head lights worked and the back ground lights for the gauge came on but no gauges no oil pressure no fuel no speed indicator no windows and no radio. i took it back to the dealer it had 4900 miles on it. the dealer checked it out and said that the gauge cluster was fried. the truck had not been started or moved for 11 days. there is no apparent reason for the failure. *jb

Brought a 2006 ford f350 super duty in february. one morning in october i started the truck let it warm up and went to drive it. as i was getting on to a on ramp i looked down at my gauge cluster and noticed the speedometer was reading below 0 mph, when i was doing approximately. 45 - 55 mph. then i got off the highway came to a stop at the light. started to take off again and the gauge was still reading 0 mph. so i pulled over to a safe location and called the dealer up, they told me to shut the truck off and start it again. once i did that the problem was fixed and has not done that since. all the other gauges were reading fine, truck had normal power and ran like it should. *nm
