| Tl - the contact owns a 2008 ford f-550. the contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled without warning. the vehicle was taken to the dealer and the technician diagnosed that the fuel pump was clogged due to the fuel tank delaminating. as a result, both the fuel pump and the fuel tank needed to be replaced. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and offered to pay the repair costs for the fuel pump and a percentage of the fuel tank repair expense. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 20,000 and the current mileage was 32,000. kmj | |||
