 Tl*the contact owns a 2006 ford f-650 sd. the contact stated that when the vehicle was purchased, it began misstepping and lost power. in march of 2007, the fuel tanks failed and had to be replaced. he learned at that time that the fuel tanks were deteriorating and burned the fuel tanks from the inside out. the fuel tanks were replaced. on august 23, 2007, the fuel tanks failed again and the vehicle was towed to the dealer. the contact stated that the fuel tanks were replaced with the same defective fuel tanks. the vin, purchase date, and engine size were unknown. the current and failure mileages were 80,000.
