| Tl - the contact owns a 2011 ford f-750. the contact stated that the vehicle headliner was too low as a result a normal sizes person was unable to operate the vehicle without hitting his head with it. the vehicle was taken to the dealer who decided to lower the seat height as a temporary remedy which failed to repaired the problem. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 100 and the current mileage was 4,000. pm | |||
