| I observed that the passenger side tail light was warped. i removed the assembly from the vehicle and discovered that the interior of the light assembly was burnt and melted to the point that it was not recognizable. the insulation was melted off all the wires, where it exited the wiring loom. the wire inside the loom was grooved as if the loom had worn through the wire, the apparent cause of the problem. the fuse was blown. i had to cut the loom, replace the wire, replace the sockets and tail light lens. i have pictures. *nm | |||
