 Tl*the contact owns a 2000 ford f150. while driving approximately 35 mph and when the vehicle is started, the odometer illuminates and registers the mileage intermittently. the dealer diagnosed the failure and stated that they would have to replace the electrical instrument panel. they informed the contact that he would be required to pay approximately $300 for parts and labor. the failure mileage was 40,000 and current mileage was 45,000.
