2005 ford f-150 with <25k miles has paint spontaneously peeling off of the tailgate, hood and roof. the local dealership (who did not sell this truck) initially stated that there were problems with the paint job, in the metal itself and pretended to file a pictorial claim of the damages. ford's customer service department denied the claim, stating that our request was to repaint areas that had scratches and dents. this is the furthest thing from the truth. customer service said that once a claim is reviewed they are done with it and there is no further recourse. in the meantime, we are stuck with a three-year old truck that is losing paint daily and beginning to rust. *tr
