| Engine accelerated to high speed when braking for red signal. was forced to put automatic transmission in neutral and tap accelerator to reduce engine speed to idle. the tachometer read approximately 4000 rpm when put in neutral initially. brakes stopped the truck with difficulty prior to putting gear in neutral. no known tsbs and dealer not sure how to duplicate. *jb | |||
