| Passenger seat air bag turns off. occasional problem, has become constant problem. wife weighs 100 lb+. never had this problem with any other car,do not have the problem with our 09, smart car. one dealer said she doesn't weigh enough,another said,bag will still deploy but not as hard. think it is a sensor in the seat ,when the light says bag off, means no protection, and it will not deploy. happens intermittently,some times re connecting the seat belt corrects it but only for a while. just completed 3,000 mile trip across country, bag off light was on most of the time. didn't seem to matter how the wife positioned her self,this is not a weight/size issue,but a failure of a safety device. is it an '07' issue?*tr | |||

| On 10/22/2010 i was the 2. time in a vehicle crash, with a 2007 ford f 150 and the airbag did not deployed. 1. in 2008 front right damage broken front axel fender tire rim damage, speed 55mph .. cuts and bruises repair $6,000.00 2. front damage side damage broken axel fender door tiire rim damage .. truck might be totaled. cuts and bruises to face and leg both times airbag did not deployed even with severe front damage, pics are avaible | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2010 ford f-150. the contact stated that on march 20, 2010, his vehicle was struck from behind by another vehicle travelling at approximately 60 mph while the vehicle was at a traffic light. upon impact, the contacts vehicle lunged forward and rear ended another vehicle which also rear ended a vehicle. the air bags did not deploy and both the contact and passenger were injured as a result; they were transported the hospital. a police report was filed. the vehicle was destroyed. the current and failure mileages were approximately 1,400. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 ford f150. while driving 40 mph, the contact swerved to miss a deer and the vehicle flipped over. the air bags failed to deploy. he was transported to the hospital and was treated for a concussion, bumps, and bruises. he believes the vehicle may be destroyed. a police report was filed. the contact has pictures, if needed. the current and failure mileages were approximately 12,000. | |||
