| 2007ford f-150. servere wheel shake was reported. upon inspection found outer wheel rim was seperating from wheel. descovered large crack in the weld. this is the third wheel from diferrent trucks of same year vintage with this problem. contacted ford and they are aware of problem, but declined to due anything about it. we have had a equal amount of both 2006 and 2007 f-150's that this problem has occured on. all of these truck perform different duties, so the type of use is not part of the problem. fortunatly there have been no accidents or injuries from this problem, but certainly there is the potienal for injuries if the wheels were to come completely apart and the tire leave the rim. i'm curious as to how many other people have had this problem or have the potenial of having the problem. | |||

| Tl*the contact owns a 2007 ford f150. while making a u-turn at 5 mph, the front passenger side wheel fell off the vehicle. the vehicle has been at the dealer ever since. the dealers in one state do not want to repair the vehicle and are going back and forth with whom should take care of the issue. the failure mileage was 11,000. | |||
