Transmission will go to neutral while being driven. usually occurs after 30 or more minutes of driving and under light or cruise load. after incident, it usually does not happen again until next warm up cycle the following day, week or month. occurrences have been every few months for the past 3 years. most recent occurrence was severe with 3 cycles of jumping to neutral and back into gear quickly one after the other following about 45 minutes of driving. for the remainder of the drive (about 20 minutes) operation was normal. we are now concerned total failure is imminent. *ak
