I just have a question and this may not be where i need to be but if not could you direct me in the correct direction? i purchased a used pick up from rainier nissan but not at their site in centrailia. they came to yakima for a 3 or 4 day sale. i purshased a 3/4 ton pick up. i didn't notice til later that there was no spare tire or spare tire rack. they were both gone along with the electrical plug in. one of the guys i dealt with sent another guy out to check that it had a spare and a jack and he didn't say anything to the contrary when he returned. what are my rights? i talked to a tire dealer and he said they are required by law to provide a spare tire and jack on a 3/4 ton or more. any info or direction would be helpful. thank you, theresa randall. *ak
