| Tl*the contact owns a 2000 ford f250 super duty. while driving approximately 15 mph, the spare tire suddenly fell off the vehicle. the failure was caused by the cable splitting in half. the spare tire had never been used since the vehicle was purchased. he called the ford dealer and was informed that he could not purchase the cable by itself. the contact felt that it was a safety risk because the person behind him nearly crashed. the failure and current mileages were 100,000. updated 01-15-08. *kb updated *jb | |||
