 2000 ford f250, 7.3 diesel, fuel leak from plastic drain valve on the main fuel filter. leaving a trail of fuel along the road. and under carriage of the truck losing about 4-6 gallons of fuel. nothing has been done so far. other than contacting ford. filter drain valve, on top of the engine, needs to be replaced. this had the potential of fire, causing serious injury as well as damage to the truck, and environmental safety. *nm

 Tl*the contact owns a 2000 ford f250 super duty. while driving 60 mph, the vehicle stalled. once it restarted, the contact was unable to accelerate past 20 mph. the dealer stated that three fuel injectors needed to be replaced. approximately one year later, the failure recurred. the dealer stated that the cause of failure were the fuel injectors and they repaired the vehicle. the contact stated that the vehicle stalled on his way home. he took the vehicle to a different dealer who stated that the cause of failure were the fuel injectors. the dealer made the repair. the current mileage is 51,000 and failure mileage was 35,000.
