After taking vehicle to dealer for popin noise in front end while turning found out that the trailing arm bracket was broken in half. i was told by the dealership it was not covered by warsnty because i have a leveling kit on my truck. they refered me to a place to weld it together when i contacted them i was told that they have fixed many ford trucks with the same problem some of the trucks had leveling kits some without. then i contacted a different dealership and was told that they also were fixing numerous truck with the same problem and that ford had made a new part that was stronger and that's how they were fixing the problem. i think ford obviuosly has had a problem otherwise they would not have made a stronger part but they are using the leveling kit on my truck as an excuse not to fix the problem. i would like to know why so many trucks are having this problems but there isn't as recall to make ford fix it. *ak | |||
