Within first 60 days after purchase, vehicle began to make thumping noise in floorboard after start of engine, after continued operation of vehicle out of necessity it began to have front end vibrations at 70 mph as well as a vibration during slow speed sharp turns. i am currently unable to take vehicle to be serviced due to lack of a second vehicle (see odi# 757078). asked for assistance from dealership (jack roach ford houston tx) who contacted regional rep. was told by dealership that the rep would not provide any assistance because i have a vehicle (odi# 757078) that is available to me. problem is unresolved due to my requirement for transportation and ford motor company regional representative's vindicative efforts due to odi# 757078. *ak
SUSPENSION - FRONT - HUB

I noticed a slight rubbing sound coming from the front end of my f350 4x4 dually truck. i was pulling a 36 bumper pull camper at the time. the noise increased, and a squealing noise started. i pulled to the side of the road to prevent further damage. the drivers side front hub and fallen apart, and the wheel was about to come off the truck. the right side hub was worn out and could be moved two to three inches and required replacement. the truck has less than 55 thousand miles, and had only been serviced by a ford motor company dealer. the truck was towed and both front hubs were replaced. the truck had been taken to the dealership in february of 2003 and again in december 2004 with problems with the front end. the ford dealer said they could not find a problem. *jb
