 Since new my 2004 f 350 has had a bouncing issue @ 38 to 45 mph reguardless of accleration or decelleration its there now its bad enough it will spill drinks that are in the cup holder. have went through numerous sets/brands of tires installed new shocks have tried various tire pressure combos. have taken it back to the dealership and have been told by to different dealers that its how that truck rides??? it does the bouncing wether its empty or when i have 10,000 lbs in tow

 The bolts that hold the brackets for the top support of the air suspension system continuously break. this occurred in five vehicle (ambulances) so far, vin numbers: 1fdwf36p84ec36009, 1fdwf36p94ec36004, 1fdwf36p64ec36008, 1fdwf36p54ec36002, and 1fdwf36p14ec36000. took the vehicles to be repaired at ford dealership. *ak there were 2 units with bracket failure, also had broken brake lines which caused the brakes to fail. the brake light on the dash and the brake line was not attached properly. the rear suspension bracket had broken. *sc

 Tl*the contact owns a 2004 ford f350. while driving 55 mph, the front end began shaking badly and the vehicle jumped into several lanes. the body of the vehicle was veering to the right while the front end veered to the left. the contact was able to brake slowly and pulled over on the shoulder. he drove the vehicle to the dealer at 25 mph and they stated that the stabilizer bar and bracket, which were connected to the axle, failed and split eight inches. the manufacturer declined to file a report and were not willing to assist. the current and failure mileages were 88,000.

 While driving 65 mph the vehicle's rear end felt loose. the consumer was able drive the vehicle to the dealer for inspection. the mechanic was able to duplicate the problem but was unable to repair it. *ak *nm
