| On novemebr 20, 2009 i took my ford f350 to a dealer for recall work, cam sensor replacement 07s57. the dealer did not replace the sensor but visual checked it. i wrote a letter to ford on november 30, 2009 explaining the problem and they assigned case number to my problem. on january 7, 2010 i wrote a second letter to ford asking for a decision and have not received a response. all i want is a ford guaranteed cam sensor installed in my truck per the recall notice. *tr | |||

| Vehicle was taken to the local dealer to remedy manufacturer's recall 99s32. the vehicle was held for eights days. at the time of pickup, the conumer received a receipt of warranty items being fixed but not the recall. consumer has repeatedly contacted dealer and questioned if the recall has been fixed but the dealer refuses to answere. the consumer is dissatisfied with dealer's service.*ak | |||

| The fuel pump on 1999 f350 4x4 with 38800 miles vin 1ftsf31s5xed45255 stranded me and the family after travelling 80 miles driving at 65mph near morris, il. required a tow truck that took over 2 hours to get us. i am a diabetic and as a consequence of being stranded my blood sugar was too low. towed to the ford garage and techs replaced the fuel pump at a cost of $680, the service manager stated that 7 other ford vehicles were towed in with fuel pump failures. he called ford to report the problem and was told that it was not fords fault but too high of a alcohol level in the local gas. that is unacceptable as my wifes jeep uses the same fuel that i do and her car did not have a fuel pump failure.*ak | |||
