200 ford f-350 burned to ground after being parked in driveway for five hrs. suspect cruise control switch. fire marshall said obvious short in wiring. did not have comprehensive coverage, business auto liability will not cover any of over $8,000 loss of tools, equipment and supplies because the fire was not caused by my negligence. loss of truck, tools and supplies estimate over $20,000. why is ford not responsible?? have read of many other similar circumstances. *tr

In september 2007 i received recall 05s28 from ford motor company concerning my 2000 350 super duty truck. on october 11, 2007, ford dealer bluebonnet motors disconnected the cruise control switch and advised me the replacement part would be available in approximately 30 days. it has been 204 days and the replacement part is not available. this is a motor home and is used for long trips. it is very tiring and results in unsafe conditions to drive without cruise control. *tr
