| When engaging the front seat heaters, the seats heat up to 107 degrees. twice i have complained to ford, and both times i was told this was normal operating behavior. the seats become so hot you cannot sit on them. i believe this is a safety issue, especially if a young child/infant were involved. | |||

| The headrest is causing me to have headaches due to the forward leaning position of the headrest. i have tried all the situations of the seat and it is the same for all of them. i am 5'2 and in my research have found most other short people have the same issue. | |||
